Sailing tours in the Croatian archipelago. Many beautiful islands, bays, taverns, and island villages are waiting to be discovered. We have been sailing in Croatia for over 25 years, so you benefit from our extensive knowledge of the area. With this experience, we prepare each sailing week as best as possible and are delighted that most of our guests are VERY satisfied with our service – organization – and execution of their Croatia sailing tours.

  • Plan
For our trips in Croatia we start in Sukosan, Trogir/Split or Pula and return there as well.
This means we can start in Istria, Central and Southern Dalmatia.
Starting locations: Pula / Sukosan / Trogir / Dubrovnik

Our trips are "active sailing", which means that most of the work on board is done together, including steering, sail trimming, anchoring, etc.

Sailing takes place on comfortable Lagoon 39, 40, 42, and 440 catamarans. The yacht—a sleek Lagoon 440—offers plenty of space and comfort and is fully equipped for long-distance cruising.

Three spacious double cabins are available for guests, each with its own shower and toilet. A maximum of six guests participate on these cruises, making life on board more relaxed and less crowded.

Arrival and departure to Marina Kaštela near Trogir is independent.

If you are looking for the comfortable Lagoon 440 catamaran
Whether you're an adventurous family, a couple in love, a solo traveler, or simply good friends who want to experience something together - the Lagoon 440 catamaran is the right choice for you if, like us, you love nature, the sea, the waves, and the sun and are looking forward to sailing and having a great time.

In summer we travel in Croatia and sail from Marina Kaštela, especially to Dalmatia with its beautiful islands.

    Maximum comfort on board
We offer a relaxed, sociable, and comfortable atmosphere. Six guests plus the skipper allow for both ample privacy and a shared experience on board.

Each cabin is equipped with 220 V outlets and USB ports for charging mobile devices. Free Wi-Fi is available. The large trampoline on deck invites you to chill and enjoy yourself – so every sailor gets their money's worth.

    – Berth in the bow cabin: €799 to €830, depending on the season (plus contribution to the on-board cash fund)
    – Berth in the aft cabin: €899 to €950, depending on the season (plus contribution to the on-board cash fund)

These trips are always scheduled from Saturday to Saturday and are offered from June 14, 2025, to November 1, 2025.

Additional costs at the start of the trip

The on-board cash register
At the beginning of the trip, an onboard fund is set up. This fund covers shared expenses such as harbor and mooring fees (approximately two overnight stays per week in a marina or harbor), diesel, and purchases of food and beverages.
This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner – especially if we spend the night in a bay, for example.

The onboard cash box is independent of the charter price or the price per berth. It is managed by a crew member (not the skipper).
At the start of the trip, an initial deposit of €150 per person is sufficient. If necessary, the on-board cash box will be refilled throughout the week by the crew without the skipper's involvement.

On average, you can expect to pay around €150 per week per person (variations possible). If the entire amount isn't needed, the remainder will be refunded at the end of the trip.

to eat out
If you eat in a restaurant or tavern in the evening, each guest pays for themselves – these expenses are not included in the on-board cash fund.

The skipper will be provided with meals by the crew throughout the entire trip (Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 9:00 a.m.) both on board and in the restaurant – this is customary and counts as free space.

Additional fixed costs on the ship
Final cleaning, bed linen, deposit insurance, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, etc.: €99 per person per week.
This amount must be paid in cash (in euros) to the skipper directly on board the boat at the start of the cruise. He will forward the money to the charter company or has already made the payments.

Water fun on board
For fun in the water, we have snorkeling equipment, our dinghy with an 8 HP motor, and two SUP paddleboards at your disposal. The SUPs can be used for a small fee.

Bath and hand towels
You don't need to bring your own hand and bath towels – they'll be fresh and ready for you in your cabin.

bed linen
Save space in your luggage for the truly important things: We provide freshly laundered bed linens. Your bunks will already be made up when you arrive on board.

Extra costs / on-board cash
The following costs are to be paid in cash directly on board and will be billed via the common on-board cash register:

– Base charge
– Deposit insurance
– Port fees en route
– Fuel
– Final cleaning
– Use of SUP paddleboards

Meet Johannes, the coordinator
At Sailwiz since 2025
I've been fortunate enough to be able to turn one of my hobbies into a career. That's why I've been working full-time in the yacht charter, crewed sailing, and sailing training sectors for over 30 years. During this time, I've been able to serve thousands of guests. I'm grateful for what has been, for the most part, a wonderful time.
