Solar eclipse by boat on the Ria de Vigo

The time of maximum occultation will be at 20:30, when the Sun's coverage will reach 99.2%.

Plan

19:00 h: Boarding and departure to the best observation point.

7:30 p.m.: Start of the eclipse.

8:30 p.m.: Maximum occultation of the Sun, perfect time to enjoy the phenomenon.

9:25 p.m.: End of the eclipse.

9:30 p.m.: Return navigation, enjoying a water tour along the Ria de Vigo.

22:30 h: Arrival at the port and disembarkation.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (spanish)

It includes:

- Sailing or pneumatic sailing (depending on availability).

- Tour of the Ria de Vigo.

- Approved goggles to observe the eclipse safely.

- Professional and combustible pattern.

*In case of adverse weather conditions, such as dense fog that prevents the correct observation of the eclipse, the reservation will not be refundable. However, the experience will be adapted and a tour will take place along the coast of the Ria de Vigo, allowing you to discover its most emblematic enclaves and enjoy sailing through its waters, thus guaranteeing an equally memorable alternative plan.

A highly recommended experience, visiting the Cíes Islands in this way allowed us to fully enjoy them. Sailing around the Islands themselves, spending the day in the surroundings, we were able to get close to the Island of San Martiño, which is only possible to visit with this type of boat. And Javier, our skipper, was very attentive.
