In addition, during the trip you will have the opportunity to train in AIDA Level 1 freediving, a discipline that teaches you how to dive safely, with body awareness and mental control.
This course is taught by a certified AIDA instructor and combines theory, breathing sessions and practice in open water. You will learn:
