Peloponnese route, the itinerary will be chosen according to the wind, sailing north when it is convenient and sailing downwind in a southerly direction.
The islands we intend to discover are the following: Kalamata, Milos, Kythera, Elafonisos
The itinerary may be subject to change depending on sea conditions.
Nature observation: observing every aspect of nature, from the effect of how the sea has shaped the coast, to the way plants organize themselves to make life possible, the activities they perform and how wild animals (goats, fish, insects, etc.) move, to understand their principles.
Land exploration: walking exploration of the mountainous areas along the coast and inland of the islands or to reach beaches where anchoring is not possible and admire their beauty.
Connection Breathing: Breathing practices synchronized with the movement of the sea, the waves, and the perception of different types of wind.
Centering and balance: static balance positions in a dynamic environment, mastering the body to find balance in a dynamic environment, slackline, acroyoga.
Meditation: meditative floating and freediving to develop a connection with everything through the body's resonance with water.
fishing: passive with trap systems, static from the boat, dynamic by trolling or swimming.
celebration - thanksgiving - music: celebrating the beauty of the places explored together by the fire on the beach or contemplating a sunset on the top of a mountain overlooking the sea, improvisation of spontaneous sounds.

With the exception of sailing, the activities are carried out with an experimental and self-taught purpose.
