Imagine sailing through the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, stopping in the most enchanting bays of the Aeolian Islands, a true paradise to explore.

The Aeolian Islands, with their name that evokes the charm of mythology, are the lands of Aeolus, the Lord of the Winds. Sailing, pushed by the sea breeze, will allow us to fully experience the magic, nature and history of these enchanted lands. Each island has its own uniqueness, and we will have the opportunity to discover them all, each with its own character and beauty.

We will walk along breathtaking paths, suitable for everyone, accompanied by an expert guide who will lead us to discover the volcanoes and islands of lava origin, revealing the secrets of their fantastic bays. Imagine walking through spectacular landscapes, surrounded by unique and still uncontaminated nature, while the scent of wild flowers inebriates your senses.

And don't worry if some of you feel tired after an intense day of trekking or simply prefer to relax: on board there will always be the possibility of staying on the boat, enjoying the sun and diving into the crystal clear waters of the Aeolian Islands. Our small groups, made up of 6-8 participants, guarantee an intimate and engaging experience, where every moment will be an indelible memory. Trekking start: from Capo d'Orlando (ME), recommended Palermo airport by plane or Messina port by ship.

Trekking in the Aeolian Islands is accessible and enjoyable, without technical climbing or demanding climbs. You can enjoy peaceful walks of 3-4 hours a day, immersed in the natural beauty of these enchanting islands. All personal luggage will remain comfortably on board the boat, allowing you to walk with only a light and practical backpack.

And if you feel tired, don't worry! You will always have the option to stay on board the sailboat, for a dip or to enjoy the sun and the sweet sound of the waves breaking. No sailing experience is necessary, but if you want to try your hand at maneuvers and give a hand at the helm, we will be happy to have you on board! Every moment spent together will be an opportunity to create unforgettable memories as we explore the wonders of the Aeolian Islands.

Program - 7 days:
Day 1. Boarding at Marina Capo d'Orlando (Messina) at 18:00
Day 2. Sailing to Vulcano Island, anchoring and trekking to its summit, accompanied by the alpine-volcanological guide. Overnight at anchor at the base of the volcano's slopes.
Day 3. Departure for Lipari, passing by the Faraglioni, two large rocks that rise from the sea in the southern part of the island. We will find splendid trekking along the cliffs and bays of the island. We will spend the night on the boat near the city center.
Day 4. We will continue the cruise sailing towards Panarea where we will anchor for a magical night at anchor in the south of the island, at Cala Zimmari. With the dinghy - tender it will be possible to go ashore to visit the adjacent Cala Yunco, a place of archaeological interest and for an excursion to Punta del Corvo (421m). Evening visit to the characteristic village. Overnight stay in the bay.
Day 5. We will set sail to head towards Stromboli. We will have the opportunity to pass by the islets of Basiluzzo and Lisca Bianca. In the early afternoon we will reach Stromboli not far from the characteristic village of white houses, where an evening trek on the volcano will be almost obligatory, accompanied by the alpine-volcanological guide, to admire its fantastic explosions from the edge of the Sciara del Fuoco. Overnight stay near the island of Stromboli and Strombolicchio.
Day 6. After breakfast, from Stromboli we will head towards Salina, admiring the volcano from the North side. We will anchor and disembark for a short excursion and to visit the characteristic village of Santa Marina. From Salina in the afternoon we will head towards Lipari, sailing in the crystalline waters, possibly under sail and we will arrive in the evening at Capo d'Orlando.
Day 7. Disembarkation in the morning at 10:00

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english, german and italian)

Not included are transportation costs on land and at sea, meals/drinks consumed on land. Extra expenses include food, drinks, diesel consumption, moorings and are equal to €240 per person to be paid upon boarding. For those who wish to have the service of sheets, pillowcases, blanket and bath towels on board the vessel, the price is €20 per person to be paid upon boarding.

"Betelgeuse" is a magnificent boat of over 15 meters, built by the famous German shipyard Bavaria, known for its quality and innovation. Designed to ensure maximum comfort and functionality, this vessel offers 5 spacious cabins and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for groups or families looking for adventures at sea.

At the stern, you will find 2 double cabins, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. In addition, there are two cabins with bunk beds, equipped with beds over 2 meters long, perfect for resting after a day of sailing, which share a bathroom in the corridor. The bow cabin with independent access, usually reserved for the crew, offers additional space and functionality.

The boat is equipped with a furling jib and furling mainsail, making it easier to maneuver while sailing, Harken winches oversized 56 and a two-wheel rudder. She has all the approvals and equipment needed to navigate without limits from the coast. Recently subjected to a complete refit in 2023, "Betelgeuse" is kept in impeccable condition, ready to offer you an unforgettable experience at sea!
