Begin your adventure in Naples, the lively birthplace of pizza and a UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with historical landmarks, vibrant culture, and exceptional cuisine. From this dynamic city, we sail northward to the picturesque town of Porto Santo Stefano, with its 15th-century charm, and continue to Livorno, a gateway to Tuscany’s renowned cultural treasures.

Aboard this Tall Ship, immerse yourself in the rhythm of sea life. Join the crew in hoisting and setting the sails, steer the 68-meter tall ship, or simply relax as we glide through the sparkling waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Take part in knot-tying classes, or for an added thrill, climb the mast (weather permitting) for spectacular views. End each day on deck with a sunset drink, soaking in the beauty of Italy’s stunning coastline.

Our first stop, Porto Santo Stefano, is a quaint fishing town celebrated for its rich maritime traditions and exceptional seafood. Wander its charming streets, savor local delicacies, or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere.

The journey continues north to Livorno, a vibrant port city that offers easy access to Tuscany’s cultural gems. From here, you can explore Pisa’s world-famous Leaning Tower, walk along Lucca’s beautifully preserved medieval walls, or marvel at the artistic masterpieces of Florence. These iconic destinations are perfect for extending your adventure after the voyage.

This unforgettable sailing experience combines the thrill of life at sea with the allure of Italy’s coastal and cultural highlights, promising memories to last a lifetime.

I am a passionate sailor, and whenever possible spend my weekends in or around the water with my family. In 2017, after 13 years, I stopped working at the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race and moved to Portugal to work on the Santa Maria Manuela project to run sailing holidays.

This schooner was once the flagship of the Portuguese cod fishing fleet. Built in 1937, in the same year as her sister ship Creoula, she was designed to fish the Newfoundland Banks and rich fishing waters of Arctic Greenland. She often carries the small rowing and sailing dories that would have set out from the mother ship to fish for cod, so you can continue her fishing tradition from small boats or from her huge wooden decks.

A great experience. A debt to the crew, who has been kind and very attentive. Captain Joao, a great professional. Hi, it would make sense to navigate both of them. The vaixell, impeccable. The menjar, molt bo. And it feels like it's like a house. Navigation with winds of 45 knots is fair and safe.
