This will be a trip to discover the richness of the landscapes of the Canary Islands, its wildest nature, combining navigation between islands and excursions in each of the islands.

We will sail to the westernmost islands of the Canary archipelago. Depending on the weather we will choose the islands that we can visit, sailing from the south of Tenerife to La Gomera, El Hierro or La Palma. The idea is to visit 2 islands during the trip and spend 2 days on each island to explore its interior and enter its Natural Parks, unique laurel forests, volcanoes, imposing cliffs, wild beaches and the exuberant nature that we will find in these islands.

This will be a trip for adventurers and nature lovers.

The described itinerary is subject to the weather forecast that we have during the days of the trip. In the event that this route cannot be carried out, alternative options will be proposed and the plan will be decided among all the crew.

Plan
OPTION 1. TENERIFE - LA GOMERA - LA PALMA

Day 1. Tenerife
Arrival day, embarkation and preparation for the adventure of the following days.
Night in Puerto in Tenerife.

Day 2. Sailing Tenerife South - La Gomera. 45NM

We will leave the Island of Tenerife to start this expedition with a 45-mile sailing that will take us to the Island of La Gomera, crossing one of the most diverse marine areas in the Canary Islands. In this area it is common to see pilot whales, dolphins or sea turtles.

Night in the Port of San Sebastián de la Gomera, a place that Christopher Columbus chose as the base port for the start of his epic journey.

Day 3 and day 4. Island of La Gomera.

Day to explore the Island of La Gomera. This island offers many trails that invite you to explore it on foot and discover unforgettable corners, entering its lush forests, such as the Garajonay National Park, where its huge trees and ferns surround us in a unique journey. One of the days you can visit the Park, where you can choose from many options to go trekking in its surroundings and get to know this unique natural space.

2 nights in the Port of La Gomera.

Day 5. Navigation La Gomera - La Palma 50NM

Day to enjoy the views of the coast of the island of La Gomera from the sea and sail to La Palma. During the tour, we will be able to see another of the attractions of La Gomera, the Natural Monument of the Organos, some volcanic formations in the form of organ pipes that can only be seen from the sea.

Arrival to La Palma at sunset. Night in the Port of La Palma.

Day 6 and 7. Island of La Palma

La Palma offers a complete network of trails to explore, full of green Canarian pines and different species of Laurisilva. The options to discover the nature of La Palma are endless. We can choose between one of the trails that runs through the Caldera de Taburiente National Park, one of the most spectacular natural spaces in the Canary Islands, with impressive views over imposing cliffs and walls that rise to more than 2,000 meters of altitude. Another visit that we cannot miss is the excursion through the Tilos forest, a unique place, with exuberant laurel forests. A tour of these forests is a unique experience.
La Palma was the first Starlight Reserve, thanks to the quality of the night skies, so this is another of the attractions that we can enjoy on La Palma, the contemplation of an immensely starry sky, and considered the best in the world.

2 nights in the Port of La Palma

Day 8. Navigation La Palma - Tenerife 80NM

Today a long journey awaits us, back to Tenerife. A whole day to enjoy sailing and life on board. We will arrive at night at the port of Tenerife.

Night in the Port of Tenerife.

Day 9. Tenerife
The previous day we will have had a long sailing day, so this day you can spend it to rest and visit the area of Tenerife where we are, or we can go to anchor at a nearby beach and spend the day on board.

Day 10. Tenerife
Disembarkation day. You can calmly organize the disembarkation and be on board until the time you need.

OPTION 2. TENERIFE - LA GOMERA - EL HIERRO

From day 1 to 4 the same as the previous itinerary.

Day 5. Navigation La Gomera - El Hierro

Day of navigation between islands. Today another 50 miles of sailing await us, to get closer to the small and unique island of El Hierro.

Night at the Puerto de la Estaca, in El Hierro.

Day 6 and 7. El Hierro Island.
Day to explore the island of El Hierro. Volcanoes, lush Canary Island pine and laurel forests, steep cliffs, natural pools, excellent conditions for diving and incredible underwater landscapes ... This and much more is what this small island offers, a corner where you can disconnect from everything. In the small area that this island occupies, we can find a great variety of landscapes, roads that climb from the coast to the highest points, such as the Jinama Road, where the hardness of the climb until reaching the top is rewarded with some spectacular views.

2 nights in the Port of La Estaca.

Day 8, 9 and 10 as in the previous itinerary.

We are a team of two people, Carlos and Aroa. The sailboat is our base camp to explore destinations, share our passion for the sea and the natural environment. For us, sailing is the best way to reach remote places, connect with nature, and get to know destinations in a sustainable way.

Our experience with Carlos and Aroa has been perfect! We have been sailing with them for 9 days through La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma and the trip could not be better. The sailboat is their home and during those days they have made us feel that it was also ours.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE
I have been 10 days with Carlos and Aroa in August 2021, in Lanzarote sailing. It has been a great experience! Apart from the fact that we have sailed a lot with a great wind and a good sea, I have to emphasize how nice they are both.
They have done everything possible so that the 6 of us who were on board were as comfortable as possible. They have a very good vibe and are very pleasant and friendly. I have also loved the practically organic food that they have been making, with a lot of salads and local vegetables and fruits. A great success!
And above all we have felt super safe, they are great professionals, both Carlos as skipper and Aroa, they sail great, they know what they do and you feel very comfortable and safe with them! The boat is very good, it sails wonderfully, it is a safe boat, with all kinds of comforts and spacious, that fits everything.
Lanzarote is a beautiful island, with incredible beaches with very few people and sometimes semi wild and super clear water. We have also gone to Isla de la Graciosa, which is beautiful and Isla de Lobos, which is ideal and wild.
It has been a great experience that I recommend to everyone! If I can I will sail with them again and I recommend it to everyone who likes the sea and sailing !! Thanks for everything Carlos and Aroa !! And congratulations for making this sailing experience in Lanzarote so pleasant!
