The journey is based on different daily themes in a growing progression, applied to yourself and to your projects and goals.
Each theme will be developed in three daily sessions, leaving space for you to relax and explore the beautiful areas we’ll be sailing too.

SCHEDULE
- DAY 1, “Leave the moorings”
We’ll meet at the marina of PORTISCO at 10:00 and after an initial induction we will leave the berth heading towards an anchorage at the beautiful bays of Liscia Ruja/Cala Di Volpe in Costa Smeralda. Where we will work on releasing old schemes and unuseful patterns in projects and lifestyle.
After lunch and some relaxation we will sail towards the marina of POLTU QUATU with a stop around Porto Cervo bays for the evening yoga practice on emotional release and pranayama.
POLTU QUATU is a charming resort marina with every service. Dinner ashore in one of the typical restaurants.
- DAY 2, “Begin the transformation”
We will set sail to the NATURAL PARK OF LA MADDALENA Archipelago and its fantastic sights. In a remote bay we will do the "Healthy Anger" yoga practice setting the pillars and visualization of the new contexts.
After lunch and relaxation we will plan a task and quality map for your individual journeys. Whilst we navigate through the cristalline waters until reaching an anchorage. Here we will have some breathworks and meditation practice.
We will moor at La Maddalena harbor and visit its picturesque village, full of history and contended by the Roman, Piedmont and French empires. Once described by Admiral Lord Nelson in 1803 as the ‘most beautiful harbor in the world’
- DAY 3, “Nourish the new”
We will sail to an intimate bay (reachable only by sea) of Maddalena/Caprera Island Natural Park and begin an inner focus yoga practice ashore.
Walking among the Mediterranean “macchia” to reach a fresh spot where to have lunch under the junipers and take a time then to nourish and integrate your vision, by yourself. We’ll experiment an afternoon of silence, being together but respecting each other’s space and intimacy.
Before sunset we’ll set sails to CALA SPALMATORE to spend the night there, cradled by the sea ready to enjoy a dinner on board.
- DAY 4, “Visions on conflicts”
In the morning we’ll discuss about the nervous system and brain physiology, follwed by a yoga practice on physical and mental balance.
We’ll sail then rounding the pristine islands of Spargi and Budelli, and stop there to enjoy sea and lunch facing their white and pinkish coral beaches.
We’ll reach PORTO RAFAEL marina in the afternoon to hike above the sea between the granite rocks reaching a panoramic spot on the Arcipelago, where we’ll work on alternative visions on conflicts from inside and ‘above’. This will be followed by meditation and breathwork practice.
Porto Rafael was born in the 60ies built after the dream of Count Rafael Neville Rubiu, an eccentric architect. It has a totally special taste: carved between the rocks, it has a rounded and Mediterranean/Arabic style. It has been a point of reference for artists and intellectual vips till now. We’ll visit its streets and historical photographic exposition!
- DAY 5, “Take action”
We will set sails to PORTO POLLO bay, where the granite valleys stop and give place to white and long dunes. On arrival we shall move ashore. Where we can practice a yoga activating session.
After lunch and relaxation we shall continue to work on the task and quality map.
In the afternoon after setting sail for those who would like to, can be introduced to sailing by Ian. He will teach the basic principles of a good sailor and challenge us with some exercises.
Meanwhile, we will reach our overnight anchorage to settle for a sunset gentle yoga slow flow.
Dinner will be on board.
- DAY 6, “Teamwork and communication”
After breakfast we’ll exercise ashore with a dynamic yoga flow followed by a Non Violent Communication practice.
On completion we will begin our return journey towards the south and stop in another bay of Costa Smeralda, CALA DI VOLPE.
After lunch and relaxation we’ll work on building or transforming your ideal team and it’s characteristics.
To practice and enhance our learning we’ll work while we sail on role playing and rhythm, synchronization within the team, together with Ian.
We’ll stop at anchor and have the evening yoga and breathwork practice.
Dinner will be on board.
- DAY 7, “Goals and celebration”
After breakfast we’ll have a group sharing and a heart centered yoga practice on board, with a focus on your new perceptions.
We’ll sail back the last tiny bit of our sailing journey to PORTISCO Marina !
After lunch and relax (there are very nice bays to swim at a short walking distance from the marina ) we‘ll set the goals of your team and your personal goals.
With a sealing circle and a celebrative aperitif in Porto Rotondo, our week is officially finalized around 6:30 pm.
