Face-to-face course in Barcelona for the theoretical part of the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Ocean Yachtmaster qualification. This is the largest title in British recreational sailing and is internationally recognized. Accredits the professional exercise in boats of up to 200 GT.
This is an advanced theoretical training for the most experienced sailors who want to become a Coastal Skipper, Coastal Yachtmaster or Yachtmaster Offshore.
The course exposes the necessary knowledge to navigate safely in coastal and marine passages. Review of fundamentals and progress to advanced sailing techniques up to the standard required for the Yachtmaster Coastal/Offshore practical exams.
To obtain the title, it is necessary to have the Yachtmaster Offshore certificate and the accreditation of a boarding period where you have carried out the Passage Planning, the verification of elements on board and navigation safety. Proof of navigation of 600 miles during 4 continuous voyages is also required.
