All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)
The retreat includes:
- 6-day retreat (Saturday to Wednesday)
- 4 nights accommodation on the boat
- Daily vegetarian breakfast and lunch on board
- 2 yoga classes per day (with all materials)
- All facilities on board
- Lots of other activities such as: paddle boarding, snorkeling or land tourism.
*Note: dinners are not included.
YOGA
Yoga practices will be on a different beach or viewpoint each morning and at selected spots each afternoon. They are essentially Vinyasa Yoga but adapted to the location, the beach and the sand. They are outdoor practices surrounded by nature, so they will be very different in sensations than in a city studio.
We will combine Yoga classes with meditation practices or more restorative classes when the group's energy requires it.
Our groups are mainly international, so the language of the classes will be in English. And also the language of many conversations. But we all speak Spanish.
THE FOOD
Retreats include breakfast and vegetarian meals on board.
Breakfast will typically consist of teas and coffee, toast, avocado, tomatoes and fresh cheese. Nuts and fresh fruit, muesli and vegetable milks.
Lunch will consist of a vegetarian main dish such as quinoa, lentils, pasta, etc., accompanied by cold soups or various salads at each meal, as well as hummus, guacamole or fresh fruit.
Snacks, fruit and water will always be available on the boat.
Dinners are free. Every night we will anchor at beautiful beaches and coves that offer restaurants or pleasant cafés where we can share dinner. If you prefer, you can stay on board and prepare your own dinner.
Note: Part of the retreat will be the experience of teamwork. This means creating a community and collaborating with the captain, the teacher and the others by participating in preparing meals, setting the table, clearing it and cleaning the dishes as a routine.
