We will start the journey from Martinique, French West Indies, specifically in the bay of Le Marin. It will cross the Caribbean Sea to the San Blas archipelago, in the rich lands of Panama. All aboard our Lagoon 43 and 42 catamarans, which offer all the amenities for a trip of these characteristics.

We will sail through the Caribbean in favor of the trade winds heading west and we will cross the waters of the islands of Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (an archipelago of wonderful crystal clear waters), which is a traditional place of passage for sailors on Caribbean voyages through the Antilles. From there, if the weather is favorable, we will head to the southwesterly crossing of the Caribbean Sea, to pause and enjoy a good swim in the Los Roques archipelago, a natural park with crystal clear waters, coral reefs and white sand beaches with magical corners such as Cayo Piratas, an amazing place for snorkeling and scuba diving.

We will continue to the Dutch island of Bonaire, Curaçao and Aruba, where we will make a technical stop for refueling and supplies. Curaçao has a warm and stable climate all year round, with temperatures between 28 and 32°C. The island is located outside the hurricane zone and receives very little rain. The trade winds provide a constant and refreshing breeze. There is no winter or cold season. Weather conditions remain stable throughout the year, making Curaçao an ideal destination for beach activities, diving and outdoor activities in any month.

We will visit the Colombian Caribbean and stop in Santa Marta, Barranquilla or Cartagena de Indias. Cartagena is a port city on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. Next to the sea, is the walled Old Town, which was founded in the 16th century, with squares, cobblestone streets and colorful colonial buildings. With a tropical climate, the city is also a popular destination for its beaches. Barú Island, with white sand beaches and palm trees, and the Rosario Islands, famous for their coral reefs, can be reached by boat. To finish our adventure, we will reach the San Blas archipelago in Panama, where we will end our journey through the Caribbean.

This will be our fourth year of returning to the magical islands of the San Blas archipelago. We'll enjoy magnificent fishing, whale watching, and blowing winds on this epic adventure.

Before this journey, we will arrive in Martinique after crossing the Atlantic from the Canary Islands. All the info and reservations about the Atlantic crossing at:

Departure and arrival days may vary due to organizational issues!

In the daily program during the crossing, mandatory guards of 4 hours each will be carried out. They will consist of being in control of the ship in constant observation of strange elements or of changes in weather, force or direction of the wind. We will carry out prior training so that we all know how to act in the face of possible changes, in addition to the need to notify the captain to make decisions about the changes or inclemencies detected. In general, the guards will be during the day, since the captain will work the night hours since these require greater concentration. It will also be necessary to collaborate in the kitchen: in turns, each one will have to cook and clean alternately.

During the rest hours, we will have several options for carrying out activities on board:

    - Fishing. The equipment is included, but not the baits, which everyone can bring (we recommend plastic squids, of different sizes or colors, since they tend to be more successful at catching). We also have baits on board, available for purchase.

    - Reading.

    - Record videos for your social networks or, simply, as a memory.

    - Watch movies or series on our Samsung Smart TV. We recommend bringing a hard drive to connect to the TV. You can also connect smartphones (Android phones work better, with iPhones it's sometimes difficult).

    - Listen to music. We have a Hi-Fi device to which we can connect our mobile phones via Bluetooth.

    - Physical exercise.

    - Yoga.

On the planned stops of the trip, we will enjoy unforgettable moments snorkeling in crystal clear waters, full of marine life and coral reefs.

We will visit the surroundings of the ports of call such as Curaçao and Cartagena.

What to see and visit in Curaçao? It is a fascinating Caribbean destination that stands out for combining paradisiacal beaches with turquoise water with the vibrant architecture of Dutch colonial influence in its capital. To make the most of the trip, it is recommended to rent a car to move between the coves of the west and the historic center.

What to see and visit in Cartagena de Indias? Cartajena de Indias is the colonial jewel of the Colombian Caribbean. Its mix of historic architecture, military fortifications and vibrant Caribbean culture make it a fascinating destination. Most of its attractions are concentrated in its historic center, which you can easily explore on foot.

The dates shown are indicative, since we depend on the weather for navigation. In addition, we must bear in mind that prior to this crossing we will have crossed the Atlantic, which sometimes varies in dates.

The journey will take place from Le Marin Bay in Martinique to San Blas in Panama. We can organize the transfer from San Blas to the Panama airport or Panama City, with two options:

- By land in a 4x4. It is done from the Carti booth and the approximate price is $75 per person.

- By air in a small plane. It takes place from Corazón de Jesús Island and the fare depends on the type of plane chosen.

In both cases, the rates are set by the agency that organizes these tours.

The advertised price is for a shared cabin with its own bathroom. 10% per person will be discounted for the full cabin reservation.

The ship will be supplied before it sails and at the ports of call.

The published price is per person/week, the complete trip to San Blas will last 3 weeks, to book it is necessary to reserve the full three weeks.

Adventurer and sailor with more than 30 years of experience at sea, I started as the owner of an 80-foot ketch-type schooner made entirely of wood, and after many years with classic boats, I changed rigs to sailboats and catamarans. I am passionate about sailing, fishing and diving.

Boat details

Welcome everyone to the announcement of a fabulous Lagoon 43 catamaran.

The Lagoon 43 represents the promise of unforgettable moments at sea because it is a catamaran adaptable to all desires. As a couple, with family or with friends, this catamaran will seduce you. It was designed and created to be versatile, by nature!

The boat is a luxury and at the same time contemporary catamaran that has cabinetry finishes and great comfort in all its cabins.

Lagoon has created a new vision of life on board, presenting a versatile ship with adaptable limits. This advance makes it possible to transform the space by relating the interior to the exterior according to your wishes, between the living room and the bathtub.

The operation is simple and quick to create numerous layouts, allowing for up to 12 people

around the table. A new space for meeting and exchange has been invented, to share with family or friends

The catamaran is equipped for ocean navigation since it crosses the Atlantic from Ibiza to Martinique and... with its final destination the Virgin Islands (BVI).

It is a sustainable ECO catamaran, equipped with solar panels to minimize diesel consumption.

On
board you will find ample comfort, especially provided by catamarans due to their spaciousness and good design.

The boat has large refrigerators, and an ice machine to keep all your drinks very cold. You will also find an outdoor barbecue where you can cook good fish or good meat.

Our goal is for them to enjoy an unforgettable and eco-sustainable vacation, for which we recommend the maximum use of sailing possible.

We will visit the most wonderful places, the most crystalline coves and enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets on board.

More than half of the trip was by motor. He has two skippers for the trip, we were two travelers for expenses. Travel expenses to be added, as stated in the publication, fuel costs; it was 500 euros each; cleaning 150 each; STARLINK, 150 each; and food 600 each. The fantastic patterns. Very comfortable
