The activity begins with the welcome aboard, then there is a brief explanation of the navigation route. We sail towards the Ensenada de San Simón where we let ourselves be carried by the wind, with the engine off, feeling the sea close and the breeze on our faces.
On deck, throughout the voyage, and taking advantage of the marine benefits, we do a few minutes of conscious breathing or pranayama, followed by mindfulness meditation (approximately 25 min.). Later, once on land, on a quiet pier away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we do a yoga flow practice of about 75 minutes, with enough space to enjoy our asana session.
We have time to walk on the beach, swim, sunbathe or relax on the deck. In addition, it includes tea on board and time to enjoy the navigation until returning to port.
