El curso de Operador de Radio Restringido del Sistema Mundial de Socorro y Seguridad Marítimos está dirigido a los Capitanes y Oficiales y patrones (incluyendo los PPER) encargados de la guardia de navegación de buques civiles acogidos al Sistema Mundial de Socorro y Seguridad Marítimo en la zona A1.
El objetivo de este curso es formar a los alumnos para que sean capaces de desempeñar las funciones relacionadas con el servicio de radiocomunicaciones en buques acogidos al Sistema Mundial de Socorro y Seguridad Marítima (SMSSM), en zona marítima A1.
